Techint Engineering & Construction's representatives shared their experience with students and graduates during an event organized by UTEL University.

Techint Engineering and Construction participated in the fifth edition of the UTEL University Employability Fair, which was held on March 6th and 7th, in person and virtually, in the five countries where the institution offers different degrees.

For the first time, they included face-to-face activities that were held at the World Trade Center in Mexico City, where representatives of different companies gave a set of talks.

As part of the activities included in the university relationship agenda, Techint E&C presented a series of job openings for students and graduates of this institution, which has trained, to date, around 100,000 young professionals in more than 60 countries on five continents.

Eduardo Alí Pizarro, Talent Attraction Leader, who offered the talk “Innovative job search techniques”, and Cindy Moreno, Operations Specialist, who spoke about her experience within the Young Professionals program, attended on behalf of the company.

Pizarro pointed out: “It was very gratifying to collaborate at the fair having direct contact with students and being able to participate in these conversations that open the dialogue between the company and university students, as well as with graduates and the educational community.”

Meanwhile, Moreno commented: “It was an honor to be able to participate in this first face-to-face fair. Sharing my story and experience about the Young Professionals program was rewarding and enriching. These events are very important to attract new talent that can contribute great value to the company and so that they can learn about what Techint E&C has to offer them.”

This fair is an event that has been held since 2021 with the purpose of offering the educational community an opportunity to get involved in training, talent attraction and entrepreneurship days.
