In the Antofagasta Region of Chile, Techint Engineering & Construction is developing the Codelco North District Desalinated Water Supply Project (SADDN) for the client Aguas Horizonte, which includes the construction of a desalination plant and a water intake and pumping system.

Coordinating the transport of nearly 170 km of pipes from India to the Port of Angamos in Chile was one of the most complex tasks of the project. In the following video, some of the people involved share all the details.
