Mining

The project envisaged the construction and electromechanical assembly of the truckless mining system, replacing the conventional system which used trucks, thus ensuring greater efficiency and sustainability. As the site is located in a remote area where access is difficult, careful planning by the team was essential to ensure that the execution of each stage was completed by the dates scheduled, in response to the customer’s needs.

Due to the significant distances between the different work fronts, comprehensive logistics planning was key to ensure that the machinery arrived on time to allow all the tasks to be completed on schedule.

An innovative solution

We contribute to promoting sustainable mining development.

Location

The Carajás iron ore mine, lying in the south of the state of Pará, is known not only for its size, but also for the high quality of the iron ore extracted, today considered the purest in the world.
