Segment

Mining

The construction of the seawater transport system for Collahuasi includes making improvements to the current desalination facilities.

A key part of the C20+ project’s development involves deploying innovative technologies for the planning, design, construction and operational stages. New applications include EQM, HR Mobile, GeoVictoria, EMHA, DFR, EPCPlan, ArcGis, QHSE Mobile, Pipetrak IT and Online Reservations, among others. They provide added value and, above all, raise the standards regarding speed, reliability, decentralization and efficiency, which are so critical for a project of this size.

Solutions for a more sustainable industry

Thanks to responsible engineering and a construction approach enshrining innovation, efficiency, solidity and reliability.

Location

The project is being developed in the mining district of Collahuasi, located in the Chilean highlands of the Tarapacá region, lying some 4,000-4,800 meters above sea level. The pipeline will run from Puerto Patache to Ujina.
