Scope of work Construction

Segment

Infrastructure works

The project included constructing two lines, one for immersion galvanizing and the other for industrial painting, as well as three warehouses: materials reception, intermediate storage, and shipping. The contract covered both lines and included the provision of multidisciplinary specialized labor services and the supervision of specialized tasks and minor materials, among other tasks.

The work required numerous major maneuvers using heavy machinery. One of the principal challenges of the project was how to overcome all the technical difficulties in a relatively short period of time. Techint E&C once again demonstrated its ability to carry out and complete tasks safely and on time with proper coordination.

More and better steel for Mexico

This new infrastructure will enable the manufacture of sophisticated products to supply the industrial sector.

  • Rogelio Bermea · Civil Works Manager

“Mexico has the technical capabilities to carry out this type of project. And we are proud to be part of the Techint Group.”

  • Fernando Renteria · PCP Manager

“Although the project was originally designed to be developed over three years, in fact we built it in two.”
