Diversity, Harassment, Ethics and Transparent Line: A Commitment by all
During the month of May, the Corporate Audit Department (DICAU) and the North American Human Resources Management of Techint Engineering and Construction carried out a series of talks on Diversity, Harassment, Ethics and Transparent Line in the Northern Region, with the participation of more than 1,000 collaborators from the different headquarters: Dos Bocas, Mexico City, ConSer, Carbonser, and Bishopric Headquarters in Monterrey.

The terminal is operated by Carbonser, a consortium formed by Techint E&C and Grupo Mexicano de Desarrollo. It is responsible for unloading, storage in yards and shipment of coal to supply the Thermoelectric Power Plant of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), "Plutarco Elías Calles", which contributes 8% of Mexico's energy generation and is considered one of the largest of its kind in Latin America.

Innovation from the role of supervisor
Juan Pablo Hernández is currently working at Los Bronces IV in Santiago de Chile. Thanks to him and Sebastián Dávila, drones were used to perform land surveys at the works, and the results were so promising that they’re now being used in other projects.
