The trainee who went on to became a manager: the road travelled by Valéria Freitas

Today an engineer, Valéria's professional life initially took her to several different workplaces until she joined the world of construction. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, she's the first in her family to earn a college degree.

Juan Felipe Padilla Guevara is a supervisor at the Dos Bocas Refinery. He shares what it’s like to be part of Techint E&C and tackle complex challenges daily.

Eduardo Montes de Oca completed the Young Professionals program and left Mexico to embark on a voyage of discovery and new challenges. His destination? The Auca project, in Ecuador. “It’s a terrific opportunity to get to meet different cultures, and find out first-hand how work is done in other countries.”

Victoria is a chemical engineer at the Ensenada-Barragan Thermal Power Plant project, in Argentina. Today, she tells us about her experience working in the field.

Nicolás Pagliaccio is 37 years old and is from Río Negro. He studied industrial engineering at the Universidad Nacional del Sur in Bahia Blanca, and has been working with Techint Engineering & Construction on different projects for the last ten years.
