Karla Soto Macías joined Techint Engineering & Construction ten years ago to work on a project taking place in Tuxpan, her hometown. She’s worked in a number of different projects in Mexico over the years, and today she’s Head of Systems for the Cogeneration Project, at the Dos Bocas Refinery, the largest mega project in the country's history.

Ariana Flores Amador is Head of Health, Safety and Environment at the Effluent Treatment Plant, one of the five facilities being built by Techint E&C at the mega- project in Dos Bocas. She confesses that her greatest satisfaction comes at the end of a project: "Knowing that I’ve been able to contribute from my area of expertise thanks to my personal effort and to teamwork, to make sure workers can go home safely, is immensely satisfying."
