Ariana Flores Amador is Head of Health, Safety and Environment at the Effluent Treatment Plant, one of the five facilities being built by Techint E&C at the mega- project in Dos Bocas. She confesses that her greatest satisfaction comes at the end of a project: "Knowing that I’ve been able to contribute from my area of expertise thanks to my personal effort and to teamwork, to make sure workers can go home safely, is immensely satisfying."

The son of a pipeline welder who also worked for the company, Carlos Lizarde enjoys challenging projects and takes immense pride in his work at Techint E&C, something which runs in his blood. He’s been with the company for over twenty years and currently works as a supervisor at the Ensenada Barragán Thermal Power Plant, in Argentina.
