Segment

Oil & Gas

A 209 km, 24-inch-diameter pipeline that will integrate new trunk pipeline systems to support the growth of Argentina's crude oil production and exports.

During its first stage, the pipeline will transport 220,000 barrels of crude oil per day and is expected to begin operations by the end of 2026. Capacity will then be progressively expanded to reach 500,000 barrels per day in 2027.Duplicar Norte combines advanced engineering and complex project execution, involving more than 150 special crossings, multiple construction fronts, and integration with existing operating systems.

In addition, Techint E&C implemented an SAP-integrated application to monitor fuel loading and distribution in real time across the project. The solution optimizes logistics, enhances traceability, and strengthens operational efficiency by enabling more accurate resource management while supporting more sustainable and competitive operations.

Location

The pipeline extends from Auca Mahuida, in Neuquén Province, to the Allen Pumping Station, in Río Negro Province.
