Techint Engineering and Construction representatives recently participated in the important event where they presented the program for Young Professionals and other job opportunities for students.

The heads of discipline and department directors of the Italian headquarters of Techint Engineering and Construction were part of the Polytechnic of Milan Career Day. The activity consisted of spending the day with the students, sharing information about the company's job opportunities and presenting the Young Professionals program, which objective is to open new offers for those interested in the market sectors in which the company operates.

“The students who gathered around our stand and participated in our interview room gave us evidence of Techint E&C's recognition here in Milan. The new generations are eager to join our Group,” explained Carmen Langella, HR Manager.

The Young Professionals Program (or Jóvenes Profesionales in Spanish) is tailored for university graduates aspiring to build a career within the Techint Group. Participants undergo a 24-month on-the-job training program, which includes rotations across different business units and construction sites.

Furthermore, participants receive additional training to develop soft skills, essential for careers in both technical and managerial fields. The program culminates with a graduation ceremony attended by top management, offering promising career prospects within the company.

“From the Career Day, we anticipate that young individuals will bring their ideas and energy, continuing the tradition inherent in our DNA: the pursuit of excellence in the roles we undertake,” concluded Langella.
