Techint E&C organized a project insight event at the new Milan Polyclinic construction site, which is now at an advanced stage of development. Healthcare professionals, partners, and colleagues had the opportunity to learn about the project's progress, technical challenges, and engineering solutions.

In the heart of Milan, a landmark project is bringing together history, engineering, and healthcare. To showcase the complexity and significance of this undertaking, Techint E&C organized a guided tour of the construction site of the new Milan Polyclinic on May 25, one of the city’s most strategic healthcare infrastructure developments.

Opening the event, Andrea Cignoli, Country Director – Italy, emphasized the project's complexity and value. “This is a highly challenging project from a logistical standpoint, given its location in the very center of Milan, as well as the need to build a next-generation healthcare facility without disrupting the operations of the existing hospital."

Marco Giachetti, President of the Fondazione Ca’ Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico, then presented the project's objectives, scope, and main features.

The day continued with a guided tour of the site, where participants were able to see firsthand the progress of the works and the complexity of the engineering solutions being implemented.

The event provided an opportunity to share achievements, experiences, and perspectives, while strengthening dialogue among the various stakeholders involved.
