Techint E&C advances workplace inclusion together with CasaClub

As part of the +Diversity Program, the initiative promotes more diverse and accessible workplaces, where everyone can develop their potential and contribute value to the organization.
As part of its Diversity and Inclusion strategy, Techint E&C developed a workplace experience together with CasaClub for people with psychosocial disabilities, which began with three new hires in the Engineering and Human Resources areas.
CasaClub is an organization specialized in promoting social and professional integration. Its support made it possible to design a framework adapted to different profiles, with specific responsibilities and tools to help participants navigate the workplace.
The initiative seeks to create the necessary conditions for new team members to perform their roles autonomously and make meaningful contributions based on their capabilities.
From the Engineering area, Javier Scotti, Steel & Mining Design Sr. Principal, emphasized that “the goal was not only to integrate, but to include. The key was to create opportunities for people to contribute real value by carrying out meaningful tasks, both for themselves and for the company.”
The experience also provided an opportunity to review practices and develop new resources to support participants throughout the different stages of the process. CasaClub was involved in the preparation, follow-up and evaluation of the initiative.
Luján Nölter, Diversity & Inclusion Manager; Mariano Landaluce, participant in the Human Resources team; Agustín Giudici, Steel & Mining Design Engineer; Javier Scotti, Steel & Mining Design Sr. Principal; Bruno Vigliocco, participant in the Engineering team; and Fernando Pérez, Human Resources Sr. Manager – South Region. · .
From the organization, Cecilia Salas Gatti, Executive Director of CasaClub, noted that “the participants finished the experience very happy and with significant learnings. Techint E&C has an excellent team to develop these programs, and I believe it has been a very enriching process.”
The initiative plans to incorporate new participants every semester, with the aim of progressively expanding its reach.
The partnership is part of Techint Ingeniería y Construcción’s +Diversity Program, which focuses on four main areas: Gender and Sexual Orientation, Disability, Generational Diversity and Multiculturalism.
Luján Nölter, Diversity & Inclusion Manager, stated that the scope of these initiatives goes beyond a specific experience: “With every initiative we add, we reaffirm our commitment to strengthening inclusion by ensuring accessible work environments and development opportunities. This approach promotes equity and strengthens our organization’s capabilities.”
Through +Diversity, Techint E&C continues to promote initiatives aimed at expanding access, reducing barriers and integrating diverse talent. The collaboration with CasaClub represents another step forward in this strategy and reinforces a long-term vision focused on the value of building a more open and inclusive workplace culture.
