In the context of International Women's Day, five leaders of the company share their vision on gender equality in the workplace.

From their experiences in different areas of the industry, Diana Dulsan, Carolina Eito, Diana Leiva, Bruna Galdão and María Ángeles Graciani Cantisán, women leaders of Techint Engineering and Construction, reflect on the challenges that still persist and the keys to build more equitable workspaces, where talent and leadership are not conditioned by gender. Through their testimonies, they invite us to rethink how we can continue to promote a more inclusive future.
