Techint E&C reinforces its leadership in the energy transition at a global level

During the last few months, representatives of the company participated in various international events, strengthening its active role in developing innovative and sustainable solutions aligned with market trends.

 

The presence of Techint Engineering & Construction in international events not only gives the chance to exchange knowledge and experiences, but also the opportunity to keep abreast of global trends. One of the outstanding meetings was Hyvolution, held in Santiago de Chile, where experts from different sectors discussed the challenges and achievements in the implementation of energy transition projects. Company representatives, including Nahuel Stricker, Proposal Engineering Principal, and Ignacio Fuentes, Business Development Manager, stressed the importance of fostering dialogue between all market players to optimise the viability of these projects.

Another significant meeting took place during the International Infrastructure Projects Forum in Buenos Aires, where the company's Energy Transition Manager, Nahuel Micone, gave a presentation on the challenges in the design of green hydrogen production plants. This presentation was in line with others that outlined local incentives for renewable energy projects and highlighted the need for a RIGI to support green hydrogen initiatives.

In Córdoba, Argentina, Julieta Medina, Energy Transition Principal, also participated in an event where she presented the future prospects for hydrogen and green ammonia, focusing on how Argentina can advance the production and export of these key products.

At the international level, Techint E&C did not lag behind in the participation in workshops organised by the German-Argentine Chamber of Commerce, where they focused on energy transition businesses in different parts of the world and on projects being developed in Germany with the participation of other countries. The company's specialists found valuable opportunities to establish connections with global benchmarks and learn about best practices in the sector.

Other important events included the Baker Hughes Annual Meeting 2025 in Italy, which brought together more than 2,000 industry leaders to discuss large-scale sustainable solutions. Company representatives also participated in the International LNG Congress in Amsterdam, where innovations in the industry were discussed and progress was made on the LNG Argentina project, which is under development and features a modularised approach, ensuring integration between the company's engineering centres.
