Techint Engineering and Construction presents its 2025 Sustainability Report

The company presented progress in environmental management, carbon footprint, technological innovation, and social development applied to energy, mining, and infrastructure projects across different regions.
Techint Engineering and Construction published a new edition of its Sustainability Report, marking eleven years of continuous reporting and sharing key progress in its sustainable management during 2025.
Specializing in engineering, procurement, and construction projects for the energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors, the company operates under criteria that integrate environmental management, operational efficiency, safety, innovation, and community development in the regions where it operates.
During 2025, Techint E&C advanced initiatives aimed at strengthening its environmental performance and reducing the impact of its operations.
Key milestones include:
- Verification of its first Greenhouse Gas Inventory under ISO 14064-1 and GHG Protocol standards
- A 5% reduction in its carbon footprint compared to 2024
- Management of over 7,300 tons of 4R waste (reduction, reuse, recycling, and recovery)
- Reuse of more than 162,000 m³ of water in operations and projects
- Simultaneous maintenance of five ISO certifications related to quality, environment, energy, road safety, and occupational health
Additionally, the company reached 363,913 training hours in environment, safety, and health, along with 9,600 hours of specialized quality training.
As part of its digital transformation and applied innovation strategy, Techint E&C continued incorporating new technologies aimed at improving operational efficiency, safety, and traceability in industrial projects.
Key initiatives include:
- Implementation of artificial intelligence solutions, machine vision, automation, and robotics
- Deployment of the first 3D printer acquired by a construction company in South America at its Machinery Park in Argentina
- Development of new digital platforms and tools to optimize project management and construction processes
The company also promoted initiatives focused on education, diversity, training, and community development in the countries where it operates.
During 2025, 200 Roberto Rocca Scholarships were awarded in Argentina, Ecuador, Mexico, Chile, and Peru, supporting secondary and university students.
Additionally, corporate volunteer programs were carried out in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, and Mexico.
In terms of talent development, Techint E&C recorded 12,947 hours of training aimed at strengthening technical and professional skills.
